What behavious can be reported?

Through this channel, any behaviour that may constitute a violation of current legislation (crimes and offenses) can be reported. Examples include irregularities such as:

• Workplace health and safety, worplace harassment, secual harassment, gender-based harassment (in cases of harassment, the established protocol for such cases will be followed).
• Equal treatment and opportunities or any form of discrimination;
• Conflicts of interest, fraud, corruption, bribery, illegal payments and receipts, insider information;
• Protection of personal data;
• Non-compliance with policies and legal regulation (labour, tax, or general legal);
• Financial, accounting, or tax issues;

What behaviors are NOT covered by this channel?
